Please also be prepared to capture a real-time photo of yourself holding your NIC.

Contact Details: Please provide a valid email address and a mobile number that
you can access immediately. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to this mobile number for
verification.

Name Consistency: Ensure the name you enter matches as name on your NIC or
Passport. This is crucial for successful paperless verification.

Device & Connectivity: A stable internet connection is required throughout
the process.
You will need to have your device's camera turned on to capture a live photo. For video
verification, please ensure your microphone is working and your voice is clear.
Please enable location services on your device and ensure you are within the boundaries of Sri Lanka.
